Trupti and the Tech-Med staff have been billing my audiology and hearing aid claims for over 10 years, and I highly recommend them. Tech-Med provides timely billing, excellent customer service, superb expertise in all areas of billing, and great follow up on accounts receivable. Monthly reports are reliable and detailed and special reports are available upon request. Most billing services focus on generating claims but expend little energy on the difficult or denied claims, most of which were denied in error by the insurance company.
